Mass in Two Languages

“The core, heart reason of why I am a Catholic is because of the Mass.”

The mass, the central worship service of Roman Catholic Christianity involving the Eucharist, is celebrated at St. Dominic's both in English and in Spanish. The mass is a chance for the community to come together and establish a routine that builds relationships and creates a meaningful support system. Through prayer, singing hymns, hearing scripture, and sharing the bread and wine in Eucharist, the community comes together, in Spanish and English, and builds the foundation for their religious lives.
