Living Word in Brooklyn Park
Living Word Christian Center, a non-denominational, word of faith megachurch,1 is situated in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. Brooklyn Park is located in the greater Twin Cities metropolitan area, but it is also the sixth largest city in the state with approximately 75,781 people as of the 2010 U.S. Census. The community has undergone a demographic shift in the 21st century—in the 2000 Census, the city was 70.29% white; by the 2010 Census, this number had fallen to 50.09%.2

Another 18% of the residents of Hennepin County are Roman Catholic. By 2020, the number of Muslim residents had increased to 4%, and Jewish people made up 1% of the county's population.3
