LWCC in Its Own Words
LWCC members describe their community and their experience:
It’s a large church & yet because of my involvement I feel surrounded by family – the relationships I have at church are much more encouraging, supportive, & even comforting than those with my family.
I believe I am being taught [about] who God is and [about] our covenant with him at LWCC.
I have been actively attending & serving LWCC over 20 years – without exaggerating I can say I leave having heard a sermon thinking was one of the best I’ve ever heard! Even after 20 years! Yes, many times it is a message I’ve heard before but I purpose to hear what He wants me to hear & consistently every week, step by step, I understand & believe more and more & have grown closer & more obedient to Him.
I truly believe the pastors at LWCC really do love God and from that love they love us and want the best for us. (When I typed that I got a lump in my throat and I’m a 51 year old tough guy!) Not just our church community but all people. In the time that I have been there I have watched pastors continue to grow in God, and that encourages me to grow in God. They are true examples to me. They teach me!
I have learned to have a real relationship with GOD. This is not fake, made up or sugar coated. It’s all real and it has made an huge impact on my life and family. The past 18+ years have been the most blessed and rewarding years of my life.
God has made us a promise that He will do WHATEVER IT TAKES to see that we succeed in fulfilling the mighty good plan He has for our lives, when we honor Him by keeping our end of the Covenant – to know, love & serve Him with our whole heart, spirit, soul & body.
