Voice: Pastor Peter Geisendorfer-Lindgren
Senior Pastor Peter Geisendorfer-Lindgren was ordained in 1983, immediately joined Lord of Life Lutheran Church as an associate pastor and was called to be the senior pastor in 1988. “Pastor Peter,” as his congregants call him, has a desk littered with empty cans of Diet Mountain Dew and a refrigerator stocked with refills. A signed basketball peaks out from underneath a bookshelf of Christian, Lutheran, business and team-building books. As he stretches his legs out onto a nearby chair, his slacks pull back to reveal his signature bright red socks. Pastor Peter speaks in a slow, sometimes mournful, Minnesota accent. He almost channels the Lutheran minister Garrison Keillor might describe in one of his Lake Wobegon stories.
