Hmong people use the stomachs of the cow that can be used to make the traditional beef soup, literally “cow-poo soup” which is made of beef stomach, intestines, and organ meat. Pictured below is a photo of the stomachs being cleaned out.
"I like you!!!" This note from 1967 was left on the inside cover of a cookbook from First Presbyterian Church in Luverne, Minnesota. The note reveals that the book was given to Donna from her friend Nellie sometime around Christmas in 1967.
