Organizational Structure

The JRLC is currently structured around an Executive Board comprised of 16 members, with 4 representatives from each of the 4 religious faith traditions. These members are accountable to their respective organizations, the Minnesota Council of Churches, Minnesota Catholic Conference, the Jewish Community Relations Council, and the Islamic Center of Minnesota, throughout the decision-making process. The Executive Board is led by the Chair, which rotates on an annual basis between representatives from each organization, ensuring equal representation for all participating religious groups. A staff of three members currently provides administrative backup, with the Executive Director serving as a moderator and the primary lobbyist at the Capitol.
