Torah Academy is an Orthodox Jewish day school with about 260 pupils from grades K-8 in St. Louis Park. Founded in 1945 in North Minneapolis, the school moved several times before coming to St. Louis Park in 1971, and finally to its current location on Joppa Avenue in 1982.

The congregation of Bais Yisroel places a great emphasis on religious study and lifelong learning. Classrooms at Bais Yisroel are home to serious Torah, Talmud, and Hebrew study for both children and adults. The classrooms at Bais Yisroel are also home to a small Orthodox Girls' High School called Bais Yaakov, which currently enrolls about 34 students. High School aged boys seeking a similar religious education are educated at the Yeshiva, which is offsite.
