"At the temple where we pray and saying some of those things, whatever my dad was saying, chants, I'd repeat after him. It was cool but I don't know in depth what they mean but it was one of my memories. Now I know I've really become more Americanized and be assimilated from our culture to the U.S. culture. After that congregation also dissolved, the Arthur Moeller Legion Post #478 purchased it in 1985. It was named a resident of the community who died in the Korean war. The legion post still meets in the building, but it has since been rebranded as the Hardwick Community Hall and can be reserved for public or private events.
